Lashes:

One of the best mascara tips I know is to start at the very outter lashes working your way twords your inner lashes. When you apply it start at the very root of the lashes, as close to the lids as you can get and wiggle the wand up the lash. This creates an illusion, making your lashes look thicker and longer.

Once you have applied your mascara wait until it dries and then curl your lashes starting at the very root, then pumping the curler up your lashes.

Lids:

A great tip for putting on eyeliner is making dashes along your lids as close to the lashes as possible. Then conect the dashes for a smooth line that makes your eyes pop.
